What time will my dogs be walked?
We reserve a two hour window around the time of your scheduled walk. For Example, if your dog is shceduled for a 2 PM walk, our walker will arrive sometime between 1 PM and 3 PM
will it always be the same walker?
Yes, It will will be the usual same walker unless he/she is sick another walker who is known to you will take over
Can you accomodate last minute request?
We know that sometimes you are in a pinch and need help caring for your dog; we will always do the best we can to accomodate. Submit your request on the portal(online form).
How many dogs do you walk at one time?
We don’t believe in large packs walks, instead we offer individual private walks to build bond with your dog and our walker.
What happens if we cancel a walk?
We pride ourselves on our flexibility and only charge $ 10 late cancel fees about any cancellation past 6 PM for next days services. However, we do charge full price for services cancelled post 9 AM for same day services or any service cancelled within two hours of service start time.
Are your team members employees or contractors?
Our Team is made up of animal lovers and owners who our truly dedicated and passionate to the well-being of the dogs. We do not use independent contractors.
Every dog walker is subjected to background checks and preferences checked before they are hired. They then complete a supervised training period- on the job training until they are familiar with all the safety standards of care
Why are there no rates advertised on your website?
Because our service is island-wide, we are not able to determine the exact rate, it depends on the travelling distance requirements, duration and type of service required.
